add manager attribute to user at LDAP

Hi

how can define line manager for users in Jira. Can be imported from AD ?

Can be added in user settings under Configure LDAP User Directory ? new attribute

Hi,

there is a plugin Active Directory Integration which can import selected attributes from AD and you can see it on user's profile page or on custom field in issue. You can use manager in many way like post-function change assignee to manager etc.
