can I order my stories

I have 15 stories , I want to order the stories based on sequencing. 

 

Example 

I have 4 Stories

Story 1

Story 2 

Story 3 

Story 4

I want to change my story  ordering: 

Story 4 

Story 1

Story 3

Story 2

Is there a way I can just select the story and move it up or down.

That's exactly as Nicolas mentioned, you would have to use JIRA Agile to rearrange the stories in any way you want.

It's possible to order the stories using JIRA Agile because it relies in a highly complex Ranking system to determine the stories position in a board.
