In our JIRA we are not able to see SLA function/configuration.
We find a support article saying that a dark feature for SLA has to be enabled.
We are not sure if that is the cause and we see a warning sign in the article for dark feature saying
'Be careful with dark features as they may cause problems if misused since they will impact the entire instance. They should only be used when instructed by Atlassian Support.
As best practices, validate on a lower environment first before applying to production and a full backup is advised before making changes to dark features for the first time.'
Can you please let us know,
1. Is it the reason why we can't find SLA function/configuration?
2. what will be the impact/risk if applying the dark feature sd.sla.improved.rendering.enabled What kind of problems may be caused and how they can impact the entire instance as said in the warning

Hi Bastian,
It is Jira Software 7.13.2 server version. How can I check if it is Jira Service Management and license as agent?
We haven't go down to project level but trying to setup at admin level can't find option.
Below is the screenshoot we find inside Atlassian articles. We couldn't find the same highlighted config in our JIRA.
Is it because dark issue not enabled?

Just to be sure, you have Jira Service Management and are licensed as agent?
And it is a service project?
