can to see project role option to add role ?

I have read number of answer to add role into JIRA but i can not see anywhere Role option to add new roles to system.

Can you tell me why i can not see role adding option in my platfrom ?

I have administrator

there is no option to add role.

Roles are a function of JIRA, but you're looking in the general site user admin stuff.

You need to go to JIRA, log in as an admin and go to users -> roles, where you should find the current list of roles and the option to add (or change or delete)

The users and roles settings is per project go to
JIRA ADMINISTRATION > Projects > (Pick the relevant project from the list) > Users and roles
