customizing notification email

Customize notification emails based on project. For example, project ABC will send using a notification template with email containing "123", and project CDE will send notifications using template containing "456". Although this may not be covered by Jira support, I wonder if there's a way to do this, and if there's a link or kb anywhere with instructions. Also, are there any plugins which can provide this functionality?

to achieve that. It is possible to specify templates per messenger and fine-tune notifications using JQL conditions as well.
