db-config.xml shows oracle10g after Jira 7 upgrade, why not oracle12c

Why do I see oracle10g in db-config.xml after upgrading to JIRA v7.1.2, should we manually change this to oracle12c ?

appearently it's a bug of sorts.

it causes nothing more than confusion.

so at least it works.

not sure if Atlassian is working on the problem since they try to side PostgreSQL.

I hope this confirmation of "working fine" helps.
