disable "drag 'n' drop" effect in "List view" mode

Hi all,

last week our jira system was updated from v.6.4.13 to v.7.12.1 and now, in the "List view" mode, it is no longer possible to select text.

Previous behavior (v.6.4.13): it was possible to select the text and make a copy (ctrl + C or right-click - copy)

New behavior (v.7.12.1): it is no longer possible to select the text because the mouse pointer changes, from selection it becomes "four arrows cursor" and, by clicking, it allows to move the line, not to select the value of a field

This new mode of use (we believe) is due to the new interface, which allows to reorganize the list with "drag 'n' drop" effect, rearrange columns, etc.

We would instead like to disable this "drag 'n' drop" effect and restore the possibility to select the text and make a copy (ctrl + C or right-click - copy).

How should we do?

There is an existing bug related to this issue https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-66473 Please take a moment to vote on the issue and it will be addressed in accordance with our bug fix policy

You can follow the workaround on the bug ticket to add com.atlassian.jira.issuetable.draggable.disabled when accessing JIRA Darfkfeatures.
