Does anyone know the formula for how the Project % Done is calculated in the WBS Gantt tool?  The top number from below?

Hi @rachael_kravec,

Thanks for sharing your question, welcome to Atlassian Community!
Alessandro from Ricksoft Support Team here, we'll be happy to help you out!

The calculation of the progress rate is based on time spent and duration. For instance, if Issue A has a duration of one day with 100% done, and Issue B has a duration of two days with 50% done, the total parent issue progress rate would be:

(100% * 1 day + 50% * 2 days) / (1 day + 2 days) = 66% (Decimals are rounded down)

You can find out more details about the Auto-calculation and its settings in the following article: https://docs.ricksoft-inc.com/wbs-gantt-chart-for-jira-cloud/updating-and-calculating-the-progress-rate-percent
