Unfortunately it is not possible to rename the cube. You can do this only by deleting the data source and re-creating the cube when new source is defined.
Please note that you do not need to delete the cube itself, it will be recreated with new name and the reports will still be there (make sure you select the same import options, so reports have the same measures to display).
For extra caution you can also export all report definitions before doing this and then re-import them to double check you do not loose the reports you have created.
