Did you mean:

enable plugin via command line

I disabled a plugin - fisheye - and re-started my JIRA instance.

It now says the server is locked as that plugin is required for JIRA to start.

How do I enable the plugin so I can start JIRA ?

Thanks very much !

Hey,

I suspect that you are bumping into the problem described in the following KB article:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAKB/JIRA+does+not+Start+Due+to+Disabled+Bundled+Plugin

Please have a look at it and let me know if it fixes the problem you are haivng. :)

Cheers,
