Hi Teilor, thanks for the answer.

It looks like I'll probably use John Andersen's JIRA PoC integration with ServiceNow, at least for my PoC.

Hi Rex!

Are you having trouble while exporting JIRA issues to get the comments in th exported file? What kind of export method are you using?
