Hey there.
In addition to Alexey's response, feel free to also export the workflow as XML and open it in a text editor as it will contain all its information along with the IDs you're looking for.

Hello,

When you hover on a transition there will be the url address of the transition in the bottom of your browser. There will be something like this

/WorflowUIDispatcher.jspa?id=xxxxx&action=xx

That would be the id.
