my projects usually have the same epics and stories. or can i clone all my epics each time i create a project

It seems to me that:
1) Programmatic fashion https://developer.atlassian.com/jiradev/jira-platform/guides/projects/tutorial-creating-a-project-template
2) Create project with shared configuration + write some script (Python or Groovy wich will fill up this project with needed entites.
For non-programmers second solution is the best, imho.
