how to assign users to View Read-Only Workflow

I am trying to add a user to "View Read-Only Workflow" access in my JIRA system for a particular project and when have him check his access, he seems to not have access to any project. PFA Image for details.

Hello Sabari,

 

This View Read-Only Workflow permission, actually just grants the users the ability to quickly view the workflow when you're looking at the issues, like in the screenshot below:

And once you click on the link, it will pop-up the workflow for this particular Issue Type/Project in Diagram mode:

Screen Shot 2018-06-19 at 17.05.10.png If you want your user to have access to a project, you actually need to make sure that this user is added to the Browse Project permission, which is the permission that grant user's the ability to view the project and the issues on it.
