You can click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the emails to remove yourself from the notification list.

Hello,

If you are talking about the notifications originated by answers.atlassian.com, you can easily avoid these notifications removing yourself as watcher from the Topics you are Watching.

You just need to browse to 'Topics' tab, and then click 'Unwatch'.
