Can anyone help me how to link issues using JRJC??

Use com.atlassian.jira.rest.client.api.IssueRestClient.linkIssue(LinkIssuesInput)

for example:

restClient.getIssueClient().linkIssue(new LinkIssuesInput("TST-1", "TST-3", "Duplicate" ))
