not able to see Tests Module I am using version 7.3 Standalone version

I am also not able to see Tests Module please help me how to get it.

It worth to check synapseRT as well, which offers tree structure of Test Cases and its design compliance with ISTQB. Requirements, Test Cases and Defects are connected together within Jira.

Natively, Jira does not handle test management.  I suspect that any kind of test management is being handled by a 3rd party plugin to Jira.  The most popular ones of these that I am aware of in Marketplace are
