when I try to change the field required to yes  nothing append

It looks like you are able to change the drop down box. Do you get an error when trying to update the field using the button? Or does it update and when you try to enter a request the custom field it is not required? Does the required drop down flip back to no when you reload the Visible fields editing page?

When a click on update  nothing append. And when  a reload the page the drop down box is go back to "no"
