Re-opened ticket does not revert to 'unresolved'

I accidentally resolved a ticket as "Fixed". I then re-opened it but noticed that on my list of issues the "Resolution" column still shows "Fixed" for that ticket instead of "Unresolved", as expected.

How can I fix this? Thank you!

@Luis Lopes,

You need to add a post function to the reopen transaction to set the resolution field value to NONE / clear the resolution.

The reopen transition MUST use a post function to CLEAR the resolution field. Your transition isn't doing that.
