"Create issue" popup window: how to edit height and width

I have several fields larger than the popup window for the create issue. How can adapt it?

Finally I modified the file

/includes/jira/dialog/Dialog-min.js

I set a bigger value than 810pixels

You'll need to amend the code generating the window to give it larger size parameters.  It's in the core code of Jira.
