While selecting the Dropdown values for Assignee field when creating an issue in Jira 5.0.7 an error was thrown with the below message. All the users of the respective project were not getting displayed in the dropdown list.
We have upgraded the Jira 4.4.4 version to Jira 5.0.7 a few hours back only.... Now we are facing this problem. Any help ???
Thanks in Adv

Hi Immanuel,
I had already raised the query on https://support.atlassian.com . The issue key is JSP-149307. As it is severe Production issue for us, we have posted for quick solution.
Even in safe mode it is throwing the same error!!
Any more suggestions....???
Thanks
Sanjeev

Although all the plugins are compatible, would you mind enabling the safe mode to eliminate the possibility of third party plugins?
If the error still occurs, it is best to raise this on https://support.atlassian.com so that we can take a closer look at the logs.

Hi Sanjeev,
Can you list the plugins and its version? I'm suspecting that this maybe related to incompatible plugins.
