upload attachment fail for .PDF or .ZIP files

Hi,

We got a bug when a user try to upload a .pdf et .zip file. (cf. image of firebug console)

We got similar "net::ERR_UNEXPECTED_PROXY_AUTH" but here :

We have already check if there's enough space in hdd to upload files of-course.

Is someone have any idea to solve it ?

Alvarez,

This seems to be a proxy issue, please review our Integrating JIRA with Apache using SSL documentation and as a work-around, access JIRA bypassing the proxy and using the server IP address + port number.
