Can i have a way to customize the look and feel by group of users ?

i have 4 big business units , for each one i've created a group of users

i want to put each business unit in a different color

is this possible ?

I think it's not possible in a 'normal' way, you can change the UI but it will affect all the users. Maybe doing some developing, but not sure how.

Other possibilitie will be configuring the dashboards for every business unit in such a way that would be different to others... For example you can select the color of the gadgets...
