Hi @曹国振Guozhen CAO

Yes, you are right, it's the Entity ID of your IdP.

For example, If you are using ADFS, the Single sign-on issuer in Jira would be <ADFS Server address>/adfs/services/trust

And the Identity provider single sign-on URL would be the<ADFS Server address>/adfs/ls
