workflow customization

Hi

does anybody knows how to add resolve screen to "closed" or "Resolved" state

I have created workflow but i dont know how add conditions or validations to make screen appear when we click on some button

You can add a screen only to a transition not to a state. Therefor create a draft of your current workflow (in text mode), click on the transition you want to add the screen to, click the edit button and select the transition view you want to use. Publish your draft workflow. That's it.
