Read only default text in a text field

Hi,

is it possible add default read only text in a jira unlimited text field (using HTML, JS or Wikitext?)

I want to create a form in a text field.

If yes, how can I do this?

No.

A field is a field - if you pre-fill it, the users will be able to type over what you default into it. You need a second field/area to do fixed text - think of the description of fields as that (or look for message fields in the Jira Toolkit if you don't want to use the field descriptions)
