Relation between issues and jira core user

Hi there,

I want to setup JSDesk like a maintenance tools for my company.

I have customer, agent and suppliers who execute the work.

Those supplier has only to see their issue and not all issue from the customers, because they are external companies.

So first of all, i wanted to create supplier as JIRA core user, but  :

• Can the agent assigned issue to those JIRA core user?
• Can those JIRA core user have limited access to their own issues only?

Create a Issue security scheme for your project with one level. This level has been accessed by Assignee, reporter and your agents group. Set this security on Issue creation transition or manually by your agents. After assigning the issue to suppliers, just this 3 party able to see the issue: Assignee, Reporter and your agents.
