Hey,
We are experiencing an issue, when a user logs work in a period the remaining time is not updated correctly. (on the log work screen the period is ticked and the dates are set)
Remaining should equal to the estimated minus the logged. If you change the remaining estimate on the log work screen it is ok
This does not happens when an admin user logs work with the same method.With the admin user on the log work screen the remaining estimate updates itself automatically.
Is this a bug or we are missing some settings?
If time has already been logged when you are filling in the Original Estimate or Remaining Estimate fields, the Remaining Estimate will not be recalculated to account for time that has already been logged.
The Remaining Estimate will be automatically recalculated, and the user has the opportunity to manually reset that value, each time that they log time.
