Remove Assign button from issue view screen for specific project

Hi,

My team works with a workflow and I would like to remove irrelevant buttons from the Issue View screen to avoid confusion. I would like to remove the Assign button and some of the options under the 'More' button: Voters, Add Vote, Log Work.

I cannot apply it to ALL projects, only to some of them. Is there any way to do that?

I saw some solutions by Atlassian but they were all relevant to disable to ALL projects and it's not what I'm looking for.

@Meital  You  should create a custom permission scheme and associate it to  this project  then  remove  Assign Issues   permission by  removing  the grant to (what ever is set there)

Hi, thank you for your answer. I still want users to be able and assign the issue (by using the workflow for example). But I want to hide the button itself. If I'll remove the permission wouldn't it restrict the user to reassign the issue from the workflow?

@Meital  Yes it will,  there is no other way  to have the button removed and still be able to  allow  users to  assign ticket  in the View screen  for a specific project.

But you could limit the group/role of who can by modifying the permission scheme for a particular project (best chance)
