Repetitive Workflows

Hey,

In our firm we want to do some cleaning in jira, and we would like to know if we have same workflows with different names? Regardless transitions just statuses?

Is there a way to understand that? And add on or a database query maybe?

Hi @Ege Su Inan,

Yes, you can find the workflows which are not in use and copies of active workflows.

• Navigate to Jira Administration -> Issues -> workflow  
• Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the inactive tab this will show you all the workflows that are not assigned to any projects.
