Reporting on fields filtering down from Epic to tasks and stories (Inheritance)

Trying to pull a report from Epics with all issues linked to it, where a field is only populated in Epic.

Want to see all issues linked to that epic, based on field value which is only on the Epic.

This is possible in our app via hierarchy reporting.
