Restore System - 500 Error on Homepage

I just did a Server Production Instance to a Server Test Instance system restore. Due to the restore, if I try to access the home page (http://ourURL/secure/MyJiraHome.jspa or http://ourURL/secure/Dashboard.jspa) I get a 500 error.

To access the system, I have to access any other page. Example: http://ourURL/secure/admin/ViewApplicationProperties.jspa

I have changed the base URL, reindexed the entire system, & checked the application licenses. What else can I do?

What does the log say?

I do apologize, I am not certain how which log to pull or how to pull it.
