Return javascript error when loading backlog issues edit mode

When viewing an Agile board, the page loads with An error occurred. Upon expanding on the error, the following appears:

I have tested enabling JIRA safe-mode option but problem still same. That mean probably this not come through 3rd part plugin.

Could you please someone help me, how to solved this issue?

There is no any announcement banner and in general all users have same problem.

Hi @Iresh_Rupasinghe,

1. The error would usually have a stack trace section. Can you please copy this here too? 
2. Are all users experiencing this or only certain users able to reproduce the issue? 
3. May I also know if you have an announcement banner? If so, could you try temporarily removing this and verify if the issue persists.
