Hi Team,
I would like to send an email to the secondary approver on the below request.
1) notify email when assigning tickets to the first approver.
2) if assigned ticket is staying in the 1st person's queue more than a day or 48 hours, I would like to assign the ticket to the secondary approver and want him to take an required action. I hope that scheduling job would help. but I do not have an idea how to get started.
Please advise me if anyone has any idea.

1. You can write a listener on the Assign Issue event, check that the assignee equals to the first approver and send a email.

2. You can create a service, which would check for required issues and do required actions.
