Script Fragments Create Constrained Issue dynamic project

In the Create Constrained Issue fragment we must specify a project. Is it possible to set the project based on the contextIssue where the action is triggered from?

The constraint in this instance is the project in which the new issue must be raised. There is a way to script the creation without it being in a set project. But this requires a slightly different approach to the Create Constrained Issue approach. 

Although if the number of projects is small you can just create a constrained issue creation for each project.
