Scrum Master Permission in Jira 6.3

Hello folks,

Can I give a permission in my project to Scrum Master different than Administer Project? Or the only option is give him full permission on my project?

I have the 6.3 Jira version and I know that if I upgrade to Jira 7, there is a option Manage Sprint Permission.

Scrum Master do not need to be an admin in order to do some action on a Board. If he will create the Board he will be an owner of it and overall for moving issues across backlog you need for example Schedule Issue Permission.
