I must admit I am brand new to JIRA. I am trying to build a service desk workflow that sends an email containing relevant information populated from the required fields to an admin in my system.
The challenge is depending on the selection made in the first drop-down field, I want the ticket to be routed to a specific admin. For example, if they select APAC as the region, I want my APAC administrator to receive the email.
My initial thought is that I could create a custom rule that does the following:
IF Issue is created AND region == APAC THEN email apac admin
I am having trouble with the email piece. The default options are email REPORTER or CUSTOMERS INVOLVED... how do I email just one of my admin... i.e. apac_admin@email.com?
Any thoughts are appreciated!
