Service Desk Automation - Create a linked issue

I set up a project for a colleague who is the project lead.  The automation to create a linked Jira Software ticket kept showing my name as the reporter and I kept getting notification.  

How do I remove my name as the reporter and having the project lead shown as reporter?

You will need to change the “run as” config for the specific automation. Change to by user who triggered event.

If you are an admin go to project settings > automation and inspect the various automation rules. There is a icon at the top of each the check the run as.
