Service Desk xForm Not able to Reach Service Desk

Hello,

I just installed JIRA Service desk and Service Desk xForm and when I go to edit the X-Form Configuration I get the Service Desk not reachable. Any idea why I might be getting that error message? I followed the instructions step by step.

Hey Xavier,

sorry for the late response, but we are still investigating this issue. Until now we can not reproduce this bug. We are waiting for a public JIRA Service Desk API to improve our Add-on.
