Set up workflow so user can choose Resolution type?

I understand that I can set up a post function for statues that transition to Close to set the Resolution to a certain type, such as Completed, but is their a way to allow the user to choose the appropriate resolution when transitioning to Close? Thank you!

Remove the post function from the transition

Add a "transition screen" to the transition that includes the "resolution" field - it will pop up when the users attempt to close the issue
