Hi Radha,

You can create all the tasks in Jira, including the development issues, your issues as scrum master, tasks for the Product Manager, etc. and separate them out with filters on your boards. I suggest adding a label to the issues to identify the type of task, story, or whatever and then filtering on the issues. You can then create a Scrum Board for your development issues and a Kanban board for everything else.

Doing this will allow you to limit your product backlog to the development issues and, as you move through sprints, only move the development issues from the backlog to the sprint. Meanwhile, the tasks that are non-development issues within the project are in a more simple visual separation via the Kanban board.

Hi Radha ,

From your question I guess you are quite new to Agile process . Jira provides you with all the tools needed to run a successful Agile project . However if you are are new to agile it would be best to first get trained in Agile to conduct effective Sprints.
