Show/Hide text field based on the user selection

Hello There,

We have Jira7.4 and I am trying to create some custom fields which will show or hide depending on the user selections. I want to set this up on create or transition screens.

For Example: custom fields 1 and 2 has some information. I would like to show/hide these fields per user's selection of the other field which should have selections of Yes, No etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You need an app to do it, like ScriptRunner or Power Scripts. Both have examples in their documentation on how to do it.
