Hello,
We have recently started working with Fisheye+Crucible and I am attempting to enable smart commits for comments, time tracking, and issue transition in JIRA. I have established the application link and enabled smart commits in Fisheye. When I navigate to our application links in JIRA, I don't get an option to select "Smart Commits" anywhere. See below:
Is there something I'm not doing? According to the instructions for enabling smart commits, one must only configure the application link and enable the smart commits from that link, however I don't even have that option.
We are using JIRA server version 7.6.2 and Fisheye+Crucible version 4.5.1(pending update).
Any thoughts on what may be happening would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!!
Hi, you would need to enable the Smart commit from Fisheye.
To enable Smart Commits, open the FishEye Administration interface and go to the Smart Commits configuration page.
Hello Amirul,
Thank you for your answer!
I believe I have already done this:
Those are the only two options available to me in Fisheye. Are these the only two I need? I was expecting to have to enable the additional actions via the application link. Maybe I'm wrong?
Thanks again!
