Hello @Prasanna
See if this Documentation help you: https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/swsd/content/completeguidetoswsd/integrations-jira.htm
@Prasanna hi. It's been a long time since you posted your issue. Did you find a solution at all?
Perhaps, next time, you may consider using an external tool to handle the integration between Jira SD and SolarWinds?
My name is Diana and I am a solutions architect at ZigiWave. Our no-code integration platform ZigOps will help you achieve that in a matter of minutes. It allows the transfer of default and custom fields between the systems and syncs them in real-time. Our tool reads the schema dynamically and can transfer any field.
Feel free to give it a look and if you want to see how it works in action: book a technical demo.

Hi Prasanna,
Did you manage to integrate SolarWinds to Jira?

Hi Scott,
I did not get the opportunity to integrate and we are using Solarwinds though and there is no official plugins so far and we have to wait
