Some users unable to manage sprints.

Jeren Steffen October 3, 2018

We have a few users that need to manage sprints, have been given the appropriate permissions, but the functions are still grayed out and state that they need manage sprint permissions. We have established project roles and added the users to the appropriate groups. We have other users as sprint managers that are not experiencing these issues. I'm assuming I missed something, just having a difficult time figuring it out.

Hello,

If your board selects issues from different projects, those users must have the manage sprint permission in all such projects.

As far as I can tell, they do. All projects have "Sprint Manager" project role with the group "Scrum Master" added to it. These users were added to the Scrum Master group last week but have not gained permissions.
