Sprint backlog's 'Linked Pages' show "Page failed to load"

Hi team,

Try to link confluence page in jira datacenter but it is giving error "Page failed to load". Kindly help here how to resolve this issue.

Hi @Kalyani,

Can you check if you are able to successfully authenticate into the Confluence instance from which you are trying to link the page here? This might mostly be a connection issue.

If the above doesn't work, please check this where they've indicated it as a bug with Jira - [JRASERVER-63769] Jira failing to load Confluence page link titles when viewing issues - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products. You can try restarting Confluence to fix this.
