Status Transition - Assign

In workflow, I see that a Post Function can assign an issue to one of three pre-defined users (Current, Lead Developer or Reporter).

I'd like the assignment to be dynamic - preferably popping up the Assign screen.

Is this possible?

Add a Screen to the transition, including the Assignee field.
