Hi,

I have once tried to configure our JIRA server to be accessible without port 8080 but didn't manage

Can someone please provide a step by step guide on how to do this on a fresh installation of JIRA on CentOS 7?

There are three broad ways you can do this.  The docs we point you to depend on which you prefer

  1. Do it in the network/firewall/routing
  2. Tell Tomcat to ron on a different port
  3. Use a proxy

(Strong recommendation: don't bother with option 1, it's a monumetal pain that almost always turns out way harder than the others)
