Dear Community,
I am using JIRA server, is there a possibility where I can display my sub columns on my Kanban board?
For example, my column development has 2 sub columns or statuses under it, Dev in Progress and Dev complete.
Any chance I can display these sub columns?
Also, I see that I cannot move my cards from one sub column to another vertically on the board, I need to manually update the card status everytime. Any workaround for this?
Appreciate your help
Thanks,
Athiya
Welcome to community!
Sorry , there is no sub column in the boards.
Would you instead have them in 2 different columns?
Hey Fazila,
I have seen boards with sub columns, Infact I can create them too but just cant move them vertically on the board.

hmm.. To be on same page, by sub columns , you mean having 2 statuses mapped to the same column? and looking for ability to move the tickets between these statues? If so, please check https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWSERVER-3573

Hi Fazila, yes this is what I need.
The solution is to use the shortcut "." is it?

All you can do is go into the issue and change the status from there.
