Synchronize contacts of company with a jira users fields automatically using CRM for jira plugin ?

Hi ,

i'm using CRM for Jira plugin .

i want to synchronize contacts of company with a jira users fields automatically : ie when i add contact to company  from crm panel i want to will be added to the jira users field automatically .

any help please.
